This cheese is made with high-quality cow, sheep and goat milk, subjected to curdling care, always pampered by the master cheesemaker.
During its maturation, Los Cameros semi-cured cheese is subjected to the natural development of molds on the rind and two olive oil baths, processes responsible for its fine final bouquet. In addition, olive oil is the oldest and most natural anti-mould that exists, which allows us to present it to the market like the artisan cheeses of the past.
